Mother’s Day is a time to honor the women who have shaped our lives with love, strength, and sacrifice. But for many, this day is not simple. It's tender. It's layered. At Love The Nations, we want to speak to every kind of mom and say: we see you. We honor you.

To the moms who are raising children day in and day out—thank you. Your everyday sacrifices do not go unnoticed. You embody the nurturing love God speaks of in Isaiah 66:13: “As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.”

To the birth moms who made the courageous decision to place their babies for adoption—you carry a unique and sacred kind of love. Your sacrifice was not abandonment; it was a profound act of devotion. We honor your bravery, your grief, and the forever place you hold in your child’s story. “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13).

To the adoptive and foster moms—you are living pictures of the gospel. You said yes to loving a child not born from your body, but born in your heart. You mirror the heart of God, who “predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ” (Ephesians 1:5).

To the moms who have experienced loss—whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, or the passing of a child—our hearts ache with you. You are, and will always be, a mother. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18).

To spiritual moms, mentors, and women who love and lead the next generation in faith—your influence is eternal. Like the women described in Titus 2:3–5, your wisdom and guidance help shape lives in quiet, lasting ways.

To women facing unexpected pregnancies—you are not alone. Your life, and the life of your baby, are deeply valued. We are here to walk with you, pray with you, and support you every step of the way. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord... “plans to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11).

Every mother’s story is different. But every mother’s love is worth honoring. Today, and every day, we thank God for you.
